Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling:

We offer free ground shipping on all orders greater than $599 (excluding orders containing pipe or compressors ). We extend free shipping offer to all freight orders greater than $10,000 (orders containing pipe lengths – 18.7 ft or compressors ).

Shipping Methods

We USPS, UPS & FedEx for small and medium size packages. All pipe ships by truck freight due to the length of the pipes (18.7 ft ). We consolidate orders when possible with mixed items purchased and will determine our method of shipment. Orders that include pipe, ship as one shipment to minimize freight cost. We will only ship pipe in multiple shipments at the customers request. Any additional freight cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Expedited freight may be available. BlueLine Air Systems to see if expedited freight service is available for your shipment. Any additional cost incurred for expedited shipments is exclusively the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Turn Around

Most orders ship within 1-5 days for in-stock pipe & fittings only.

Next Day Air

*Next Day Air shipments are not guaranteed to ship same day order is placed*

Next Day Air orders must be received no later than 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. We will due our very best to ship orders received by 12:00 pm pst for next day but cannot always guarantee next day air shipment. Any order received after 12:00 pm will be shipped the following day – Next Day Air. Next Day Air is only available for orders placed Monday – Friday. Any Next Day Air orders received after 12:00 pm Friday or during the weekend will be processed for shipment on the following Monday.

Shipping Damaged Items

All items must be inspected immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged item please mark the Bill of Lading indicating what the damage is. This is very important to receive a refund. Please do not refuse delivery if items are damaged. Immediately contact your carrier for a damage claim. By law, it is the responsibility of the owner of record (customer) to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Discrepancies

Upon receipt immediately compare packing slip with items received to ensure accuracy of order. You must report any discrepancies within 3 business days after receipt of order. Failure to do so may forfeit your right for refund.
