Refund policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase.
  • The Customer must have a return authorization number from Blueline Air Systems before material can be returned.  Please email Josh@bluelineind.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • The Customer must provide an original purchase order number and reason for return prior to returning material to Blueline Air Systems.
  • All product must be returned to:
    Blueline Air Systems
    Placerville, CA 95667
  • A standard restock fee of 20% will apply for all stock item returns.  Shipping fees from initial purchase will not be refunded.
  • Tracking information must be provided by the customer upon shipment of returned items.
  • Material returned but not in resalable condition will be scrapped by Blueline Air Systems. This includes unpackaged and open items. The customer may receive partial credit for items returned with minor cosmetic damage or after the 90 day timeframe. This will be at the discretion of Blueline Air Systems
  • Blueline Air Systems will not accept returned material that was not purchased from Blueline Air Systems.
  • Credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt.
